Regarding all Live2D model / works from me that are either gifted, traded, or purchased

Live2D Terms of Service

Client must agree and adhere to all Terms of Service (General, Artist, and Rigger TOS) to place an order for the Live2D bundle. A copy of the full TOS will be sent through client's email or attached to invoice.

Artist and Rigger will do our best to update applicable clients for major changes or edits to the TOS

General (Artist & Rigger) TOS

Rigger (Ghoste) TOS

Will rig anything!
(Experienced with armour, anthro and
both female and male models)GENERAL:
❄️All payments must be made in full before your commission is started.
❄️Maximum of 3 revisions for all commissions. Additional revisions come with a fee of +$20.
❄️No extra fee will be charged if using my commissioned rigging for commercial use.
❄️NDA (privacy) is offered for 10% of the total rigging cost.
❄️Once your rigging is completed you will be delivered a google drive link to a folder that contains your model's .json and .moc3 files.COMMUNICATION:

❄️Once you have paid your invoice you will be sent a trello link showing my current queue and any updates to your commission will be logged there.
❄️You will also have access to my Email, Discord and Twitter DMs to contact me about anything regarding your commission.POST RIG:
❄️I will also assist you in setting up your model correctly in V-Tube Studio and help you adjust the values to suit your own facial movements for smooth tracking, as well as answering any other questions you may have about the program and in app settings.
❄️Gifting, trading, and selling the Live2D model with my rigging is allowed as long as I am fully and properly credited as the rigger of the model whenever ownership is transferred.EXPRESS SHIPPING:

🍓Only submit requests if you are sure of the commission
🍓Confidentiality will be kept and expected for commissioner and artist during the commission.
🍓If you wish to sell the piece someday, commercial fees will be applied. Alert me of commercial use before payment.

Hi, I’m Tanne! Thank you very much for being interested in my work and reading my TOS! If you have any questions at all or need to contact me, you can reach me via Twitter DM, Discord DM, or via email at [email protected]. By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.≡ Process ≡
🍨 Send me a full description of what you’d like! The more defined the better, but I have no problems having creative freedom as well. I prefer the former, as references, examples, and even knowing the personality of a character helps a ton.
🍨 Time taken could vary from 1 to 3 months for art, and several months/onwards for big projects like animations/rigging, depending on complexity, the type of commission, your spot in the queue, or irl responsibilities.
🍨 It is ok to ask for different file sizes, separated assets, transparent backgrounds, etc. if you need them! Please let me know.
🍨 I send a last look for any tweaks you may want, then the final work. I usually send images over discord DM, but if you prefer otherwise/if it's a larger set of files, I can email, gdrive, or catbox it to you.≡ Payment ≡
🍨 Invoices and payment are available via PayPal (preferred), SE Pay, and Ko-fi. All products are digital and do not require shipping.
🍨 Prices listed are a baseline and can fluctuate above the list price based on complexity.
🍨 Payment can be upfront or after an initial draft/sketch is sent. Partial payments for large commissions can be discussed.

🍨 All completed commissions are non-refundable.
🍨 If a commissioner drops a commission, I may refund them the percentage of the work that I have not completed (will vary, but up to 50%).
🍨 My clients/commissioners do not have the right to mint/sell their commissions as NFT.
🍨 As the artist, I have full rights over the work I produce and generally my commissions are for personal use, unless specified otherwise. Without coming to a written agreement with me beforehand about commercial rights, you will not profit off of my work, be it merch or otherwise.
🍨 Finished commissions may be posted by me/put on my carrd or commissions page for self-promotion/portfolio purposes.
